Quote Request + Stripe Invoicing

Review the products, colours, sizes and quantities you are interested in. No payment is collected when you submit this request.

MERIDIAN PEAK LTD will verify product availability, applicable VAT, discounts and delivery timing. We will then email you a final written quote. After you approve the quote, we will send an itemized Stripe invoice containing a secure payment link.

Please do not send payment card information by email.

Your final quote and invoice

Before payment, we confirm the products and SKU references, colours and sizes, quantities, unit prices, discounts, applicable VAT, shipping charges and final GBP total. Standard UK shipping is free. Your itemized invoice includes your quote reference, expected dispatch timing and a link to our Return & Refund Policy.

Only approve a quote when its products, total and delivery terms are correct. Contact wasli520888@gmail.com if anything needs to change before paying.

Secure payment by Stripe invoice

We do not request card numbers or security codes by email. Invoice payments must be completed only through the secure Stripe-hosted payment link contained in the official invoice email. Card information is entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page and is not collected or stored by MERIDIAN PEAK LTD.

Submitting a quote request does not charge your card, reserve inventory or confirm payment. Processing begins only after the agreed invoice is paid.

Fulfillment and customer support

MERIDIAN PEAK LTD is the seller responsible for fulfilling your purchase, customer support, returns and refunds. See our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
