The saving is calculated from the displayed individual-item prices. Each discounted unit price is rounded to the nearest penny, then multiplied by quantity. Free standard United Kingdom delivery still applies. The quote request list and quote request show your saving and item subtotal before you submit.

If you reduce the quote request list below 3 items before submitting, individual-item prices apply again. Once an order is confirmed, eligible refunds are based on the amount paid for the returned items; we do not remove the discount from items you keep. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
